Our take
This set is the heavier version of the Select-A-Weight line, and it's a solid addition to my home gym. The adjustment dial works well, allowing quick changes between sets. The iron plates are dense, and the round shape makes them comfortable for most exercises. However, the plastic rack does feel a bit cheap for the price. The weight range is good for intermediate to advanced lifters, but the 10-pound minimum might be too heavy for some isolation moves. The 90-day warranty is relatively short, which is a drawback. Overall, it's a convenient space-saver if you need heavy dumbbells but don't want a whole rack.
